Nair spoke to the BBC in its 2004 television documentary - ‘The Secret Swami’ – about the official corruption that attended the police killings in Sathya Sai Baba’s bedroom in June 1993. He said he intended to take steps to get the case re-opened. I again ask:  has Nair done what he told the BBC that he would do?
