That is fine, Carol!
That is quite normal in orthodox apitherapy. Mrs Owen made claims on OTHER cures (eyes) which are not supported in Apitherapy!
Good luck to you in your relieved state, I am happy for you.
Best wishes, Brian

I do remeber her,she brought a gentleman who was from Hawaii,I believe, and he was demonstarting his reading ability after being cured of his blindness. He was reading the fine print off a telex that my father had. As far as I know the treatment did not work for my father. He did however seek treatment at an RP clinic in St Gallen,Switzerlan;and his vision was enhanced and improved after treatment there.

Clinical trials of gene therapy have recently hit the headlines with the first patient to see an improvement in his vision, Steven Howarth, at Moorfileds Eye Hospital, London. The story is also at http://www.brps.org.uk and blogged at http://brpsnews.wordpress.com
